Oh for the love. I am still catching up from Christmas. Buckle up, its gonna be a long ride...
Christmas this year was amazing. We decided to drive with the kids which was ok (not really). Every time we drive I say "remind me to never drive this far w/kids again"...and then we do it again. I will say though, I ended up at the last second flying home with the kids and somehow it ended up being much worse. So, either way its rough. Drive again we will...(but remind me not to ;)
We stopped off at the Barkers first and had fun spending some time with Grandma & Grandpa. We opened presents and it was fun to have some of the little cousins together.
Both the boys got spoiled and the pillow pets are still a favorite around here

Tiffany (the only girl out of 7 grandsons), Vance & Grey
We got to go see my Grandparents while we were in Logan
We love them!
After the Barkers we continued our journey up to the land of the frozen. Actually this was the only snow we had and it didn't last very long. Grandpa & Ben took G sledding. I think he liked going down a few times and then was done with it.
Christmas Eve started out with a special visit from Santa himself. He was a very quirky Santa I must say. Lots of stories to be told from that evening.

Griffin is telling Santa everything he never wanted to know about Firetrucks ;)
All was going so well, but seconds after this high five Santa took a nasty spill on the step in the kitchen. It was a little traumatic and not the best way to end a visit from the man in red, but it does make for some amazing memories and a funny story (I'm sure he's all healed up at this point after a visit to the ER...?!). I'm not joking.
After a memorable visit from Santa we hit the bowling alley for our annual Christmas Eve game
lots of snuggling and piano playing with G&G
opening Christmas pjs
trying to get a decent picture of these 2 is comical
Christmas morning!
All Griffin asked Santa for was "an ambulance with buttons"
looks like even after his fall Santa made good on his delivery
Grey could have just gotten wrapping paper and would have been happy, but grandma still spoiled him with lots of toys and some hair product (bahaha)
Merry Christmas! xoxo
